Founded in 1998, Brian Builders, LLC brings the highest level of design quality to our projects by creating unique homes, new construction and tenant buildouts for commercial projects. We carefully listen to our clients’ wants and needs placing their interest first in order to ensure that every project is successful. Brian E. Smith
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction and has over 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience. He holds the Graduate Master Builder, Certified Master Builder and Certified Green Professional designations through the NHBA. Brian’s expertise includes custom, speculative, remodel and design/build homes as well as new construction and tenant buildouts for commercial projects.
As founder of Brian Builders, Brian has devoted the past decade to meeting the needs of clients throughout Northwest Louisiana. His ability to understand a client’s vision and apply creative solutions to meet their needs has often translated into significant cost savings, but more importantly, satisfied clients.

Scott Zeuch
Scott joined Brian Builders in 2004 bringing over 20 years of residential construction experience. His role within the firm includes managing new residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Brian Builders, Scott owned and operated his own residential construction company for over 10 years where he held a Louisiana State Builder’s License. He earned the Graduate Master Builder, Certified Master Builder and Certified Green Professional designations through the NHBA and holds an Associate’s Degree.

Missy Lawrence
In 2002, Missy was hired as an office manager; however, within a few years she quickly became the client relations manager and primary designer for speculative homes, as well. Since that time it has become apparent that her design skills are more than a hobby, but an immense passion for which she has a natural born talent and it shows in everything she produces. Missy is experienced in project management, estimating, plan design, interior design, customer relations, human resources, purchasing, and accounting. She is a Louisiana Notary Public, an Associate Member of the National Home Builder's Association and holds the Graduate Master Builder, Certified Master Builder and Certified Green Professional designations through the NHBA. Her commitment to the clients and the job produced for them is unsurpassed.

Eric Barnes
As project manager, Eric’s responsibilities include managing residential remodel and renovation projects. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry to include custom home design, design/build, Auto Cad and estimating. Eric is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Before joining the firm in 2009, Eric served as a project manager and superintendent in the field of commercial construction.
