Click Here to View Full Profile | This client came to us with a set of plans and requested that we put a price together to include Energy Star requirements and as many GREEN features as reasonably possible. We installed a geothermal system, tankless water heaters, a climate controlled duct system and solar panels. At over 4,000 square feet, the under $100 electric bill each month and the consistent interior temperature is a true testament to the quality job this home received.
The decor of this home is a fine example of what happens when the builder listens to the client and translates the information using skill and knowledge attained from years of experience. The client's wish was for a Mediterranean inspired feel. As you can tell from these pictures, we more than accomplished that. |
