Here at Brian Builders, we value our realtor partners and the contributions that they make, which help connect us with potential clients who have specific needs for a general contractor. We encourage realtors to register with us, by submitting their information on the form below, so we can help you fulfill your clients' needs.

New Construction Incentive Program

We have an incentive program in place for all contributing realtors. For any new custom home or new commercial construction contract brought to us by a registered realtor, we will pay the registered realtor a 2% commission at closing.

Remodeling Incentive Program

We offer a similar program on sales of existing homes or businesses. We are aware that there are occasions when a client’s purchase of an existing home or business is made with the idea of upgrading it to better suit their needs. We will pay a commission, to the registered realtor, based on the extent of the work and nature of the project.
