What started as a 272 sq ft kitchen/awkward breakfast room became an open 581 sq ft eat-in kitchen/2nd bath/indoor laundry/screen porch renovation that welcomes friends and family. The antiquated water heater was changed out for tankless and the drafty old windows were updated with energy saving, sytlish replacements. The home owner said that she can\\\'t believe how well it melds into the feel of the house, \\\"as though it has always been here.\\\" |

This covered patio was designed to meet those needs. It features a fireplace, outdoor kitchen and brick flooring laid in a herringbone pattern. It was seamlessly tied to the existing home so that it looks as though it has always been there. |
